We offer the utmost in casual elegance, combined with authentic hospitality. From gorgeous indoor affairs, to intimate outdoor gatherings, our wedding and reception venues offer something to impress every couple.

Regency Ballroom

Contemporary design is the perfect canvas to suit all tastes. At 15,980 square feet, and with its soaring ceilings, this grand ballroom complete with its beautiful foyer that overlooks the gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows can accommodate up to 1,000 guests.

Port of Spain Ballroom

Popular for its city view and sunlit foyer, at 9,860-square feet, this ballroom is the perfect place to host a high-energy wedding reception that your guests will be talking about for years to come. It accommodates up to 350 guests.

The Waterfront or Jade Ruby Sapphire

This intimate space overlooks the Gulf of Paria to provide an ambience you will love, while patio doors lead out to a waterfront terrace, that’s the perfect setting for your Cocktail Hour.

It’s a perfect canvas to create the wedding of your dreams and accommodates up to 150 guests.

Cocktail Receptions

Butler Passed, let your guests mingle, as we serve passed small bites.

Stationary Display, a culinary arrangement of antipasti, charcuterie, imported cheeses, fruits & spreads and other selections.

Dinner Service

Buffet, a casual & efficient dining experience, which is a great way to offer variety from regionally inspired cuisine to customized selections.

Specialty Stations, are interactive & innovative, and perfect for multiple cuisines. It offers versatility and the opportunity for guests to meet and mingle during dinner.

Plated, your guests are seated and served three or four courses, which is a classic & elegant option. This style of service allows you to plan your wedding menu with confidence, giving you the opportunity to choose each course in advance.

Personal Preference, allows your guests to personalize their dining experience. Treat them to an elegant four course meal. You choose the appetizer, salad, and offer your guests to choose their entrée, tableside with their server on the night of the celebration.

A signed invoice and contract, along with an initial deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Little touches can enhance your wedding – from Action Stations for dinner, to late-night snacks and dessert stations, to next morning breakfast or brunches, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations

Keep your guests close to the main event in luxurious rooms. Special discounted rates can be arranged for a minimum of 10 rooms.

Rehearsal Dinner

Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Family Breakfast, 'The Morning After'
The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. We will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell before you leave for your honeymoon.

Parking

Our Hotel offers complimentary self-parking for all of your guests. Valet service is available as well for an additional service fee.
